This slate hanging Plaque is Beautiful tribute to a lost loved one. This comes with the words ‘In Loving Memory’ and ‘Forever in our hearts’ and can be personalised with a name and dates.

It is pre-drilled with 4 holes which comes threaded with jute string BUT it can be fixed to the wall with 4 screws (Not Supplied).
