The Penguin Knife is a fully metal detectable, disposable safety knife. The stainless steel blade is concealed to protect the operative, the ergonomic handle design allows two passages for piercing and then cutting through shrink wrap, plastic strapping and packaging tape. The body of this knife is manufactured from food safe detectable polypropylene plastic.
