BST’s fully detectable 5ml sampling spoon is ideal for use in sampling departments of a food and beverage processing industry.

Made from a specially formulated compound, which contains a food safe non-toxic detectable additive.

This fully metal detectable spoon is designed to address concerns of plastic fragments causing accidental foreign body product contamination in food processing environments. The spoon is made with blue ABS plastic with interlaced AISI 302 grade stainless steel fibres to give the plastic its metal detectable properties. Metal detectable plastic products are designed to prevent plastics contaminating food and their use displays due diligence in preventing foreign body contamination.
