Insert for Max Asset Tag, Forklift

This Forklift Safety Tag Insert is designed to be used with the Claw Asset Tag Holder or Max Asset Management Tag Holder. The holder should be fixed permanently at the point of access to the forklift. If the forklift is safe to use the insert can be slid into the holder with the signature side showing. If the insert is not displayed in the tag holder the message 'Do not use this equipment' is shown.

An employer must ensure that a forklift is safe to use and that all forklifts should be checked by a competent person prior to use for any damage, faults or wear. On the reverse of the forklift tag insert lists the basic safety checks to make, with an inspection record (date, signature, defects reported) on the front.
