Made from beechwood and plant fibres, this beautiful ‘Brosse a Legumes’ from Burstenhaus Redecker gently and thoroughly cleans all type of vegetables.

The lighter, softer plant fibres are suitable for softer vegetables, whilst the harder bristles work well on removing soil and scrubbing root vegetables and potatoes.

Burstenhaus Redecker have been making this stuff since 1935. Too fine for machine production, too elegant to be altered, and too popular to do without. Each item is a unique piece with a history of its own.
