- Products should be in resalable condition—unused, with original packaging and all included accessories. Damaged or altered items may not qualify for full reimbursement.
- Certain items, including perishable goods, personalized products, or opened hygiene items, are generally not eligible unless defective.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or reimbursement after verification of the issue.
Submitting a Request

- Select the item(s) to return or exchange and provide a brief reason.
- Submit the request to receive instructions for returning the item if applicable.
Processing
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Approved reimbursements are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Exchanges
Replacement requests can be made for the same product (size, color, or model) based on availability. If a replacement is not available, a reimbursement will be issued instead.
Partial Reimbursements
Items returned in a condition that reduces resale value may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Any deductions will be clearly explained.
Promotional Purchases
Items purchased during sales or promotions are eligible for reimbursement based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
International Considerations
International returns must comply with local regulations. If returns are restricted due to legal or regulatory reasons, reimbursement may still be provided after verification.
